Payment Methods
- All orders must be paid in advance including freight. Shopping Cart orders can be paid by Credit Card and PayPal.

Currency & Taxes
- Canadian customers pay in Canadian funds, 5% GST.
- Manitoba customers pay in Canadian funds, 5% GST and 7% PST.
- United States customers pay in US funds, we do not charge taxes.
- International customers pay in US funds, we do not charge Taxes or Customs Duties. You may have to pay additional VAT Taxes and Customs Duty charges to your Country. 

Price Disclaimer
- We reserve the right to revise and change prices without notice. Emailed price quotes are good for 30 days. Most price quotes are excluding tax and shipping. Additional charges for paid items will be e-mailed to you prior to shipment.

Shipping Disclaimer
- Some items may be subject to additional shipping charges due to weight or dimension. Your actual shipping on these items may vary from the shipping estimate quoted on the web. You will be notified of these changes via e-mail prior to shipment.
- In-stock orders placed before 12 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday will ship within two business days. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday and orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the third business day.

Shipping Methods
- Canada: most orders are shipped from HSD in Winnipeg via Canada Post.
- United States: most orders are drop shipped from our US suppliers via UPS.
- International: most orders are drop shipped from our US suppliers via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
We reserve the right to change shipping company and method without notice. HSD Racing cannot guarantee delivery dates for any order.

Cancellation Policies
Orders canceled within two business days of order placement: 1) Refund = Order Total 2) Order Total = Credit towards purchase of a different Item.
Orders canceled more than two business days after order placement: 1) Refund = Order Total - US$30.00 processing fee 2) Order Total - US$30.00 processing fee = Credit towards purchase of a different Item.

Return Policies
Good, Unused, or Defective merchandise may be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange, within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be unused and in original packaging. Always email us for a Return Authorization number (R.A. number) and return address. Most items that are returned will have a 50%-100% restocking fee.

Guarantee
Aftermarket parts & accessories are made for racing or aggressive sport riding therefore HSD Racing cannot give any guarantee on products. Because we cannot control the manufacture, final assembly, installation and application of the products the buyer assumes full responsibility for any damages caused to himself, third party, property or vehicle, by virtue of failure of the product.
